recieved phone call from  Gonzalez with news  I had 450,000.00 dollar award  next recieved a call from a Benjamin Stone from dept.of consumer regulaatory affairs washington dc asking if I had recieved the award money I had not yet recieved anything I was instructed to go to best buy and apply for a line of credit to be able to buy some computer for poor school with a portion of the money w2hich I should recieve in two days .  I followed his advice applied for the account and was denied the credit app.       I did recieve any thing in two days instead I recieved another call from Gonzalez advising me to contact Frank Anderson I did that  he claimed to be an over seer of all types of Lotteries and sweepstake prizes he informed me he was aware of my sweepstake and he directed me to send 1,125 dollars via money orders to Carnelia Carabetiu with no writing on them this was to cover brinks bond and insurance to deliver the check to my home .     On the day of delivery I was told the insured check had arrived at LAX  and  homeland security had held the check up and was demanding 5% of the money or 22.000.00 dollars   now I dont have that kind of money so now they are suppose to be working oon getting the fee reduced .       Next Mr Anderson directed to call Gonzalez for help .   Now Gonzalez states he able to get fee down to 3%  Presently I am waiting for Anderson's next phone call for results in meantime I contacted homeland security only to be informed that they would not do anything like that and this is scam
