American Tow Repaired things I did not requested, charging me twice Garden Grove California

Did not Repair what I requested, instead repaired something else,and charged me $500.00.
Told me they had to do it, because the parts were already ordered, and would not be ready until next day. I was forced to rent a car at my own expense.
When I picked up my car, the original problem was still there.
I took the car back, and now they are holding my car for three days, even though I asked them not to work on it, saying that they must, because they, again, ordered the parts, and are not able to put the car back together until he can replace the parts. This time they are holding my car for three days.

I told them I need my car, since I leaving town, and can not pick it up on the day Michael said it would be ready. So, he is keeping my car hostage, and charging me storage fee for those days, until I return and pick it up; Charging me $700.00, on top of the $500.00 they charged me before.
