American Traffic Solutions ERLSP Issued a Violation with ZERO PROOF I was the operator of vehicle. This is 100% ripoff and way to cheat you out of money without due process of the law. Wimington Delaware Arizona

 I received a summons in the mail that I ran a red light. I called company and they said there is no points and doesn't go on your driving record, just pay $112.50 within 30 days or keeps going up. I asked if can contest the summons they said not at this time. I said can you prove I was the operator of the vehicle (Because I lend my vehicle out to friends) and they said just pay the fine of $112.50. This is a complete ripoff and attaches to my vehicle if decide to sell. This company is not allowing for due process of law which is burden of proof on company to prove I was operating vehicle. Another ripoff company.
