American Voyager Travel Recent Problems A/O 11-30-05 Ripoff Dallas And Houston Texas

My wife and I signed up as Travel Agents with AVT in Houston on July 28, 2002. We paid in full $3,690. to become travel agents which included our first two years of annual fees. We were told we did not have to sell to others but by just using the services for ourselves that the membership fee would be realized in a short time. We never could or saw where we would get a better deal from AVT as agents versus just using an on line service that is available to everyone. We asked to have our money refunded but was denied our request.

As of this date I have found the main number for AVT has been disconnected. I am being solicitated by AVT at this time by email to pay my annual fees and the number to call for payment is invalid.

I would like to join in a Class Action Suit if one is initiated.
