Infinite Frontiers operating as a marketing arm for Holiday Planners recently visited north central Connecticut and swindled unsuspecting people out of $8 - $9,000 by making them think they could sign up to be outside travel agents for Holiday Planners an allegedly huge travel agent from Branson Missouri.

By signing up, dropping down your credit card / check / cash, they lead you to believe you can instantly reap tremendous discounts on travel, destinations, air fare and even earn commissions the Credentials they'll give you!

Don't fall for itafter you get home you find out the tools (a book and some web page leads) don't offer much if any discount on travel and the CLIA and IATA numbers and the travel agent ID they give you are bogus!!!

The IATA numbers will NOT work on airline pages!!! The web sites they steer you to are not any cheaper than you can on your own!!! Their staff are NOT available to help you 24/7 and they don't offer any real help! Also, they will charge to help you book your travel!!!

But now they have your money and lots of personal information so watch out for identity theft. Greg Cato, who runs the seminar with Randy Sherman are thieves!

I worked at a Hampton Inn that they were scamming at

AUTHOR: Anonymous - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, February 02, 2008

I was an Assistant Manager at the Hampton Inn & Suites Fletcher NC (Exit 40 off I-26) -- These guys used our meeting room to scam people. The men who ran this meeting were very rude and sleezy. I have never been so disgusted by any guests or customers before. Anyway....not too long after they stayed at our hotel & used our meeting room, we got call after call from "customers" of theirs who were angry that they got ripped off and were upset with us for allowing them to rent our meeting room. We obviously didn't know they were this type of business, but they are not allowed to rent our meeting room ever again. Anyhow.....They ARE Scammers --- they are also on ripoff.com. Luckily I never had to be a victim of their scam. I'm sorry to those of you who were...

A TRUE REPRESENTATION OF THE FACTS, FIRST EVER COMPANY RESPONSE

AUTHOR: Randy - (U.S.A.)

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Infinite Frontiers has been quiet long enough and would really like to factually report material items that keep getting stated and are simply not true. The person who wrote this complaint is not a client and did not purchase the program or try to use the services of Holiday Planners, so he has had no first hand knowledge of the usefulness or non-usefulness of the Holiday Planners program.

First, Holiday Planners is a licensed travel agency and is not bogus as he claims. For proof simply go to this website www.checkacode.com and type in their iata number and it will show you if their license information is correct. When you do it will show you this information.

IATAN #--------- is a Valid
IATAN Endorsed Travel Sales Intermediary (TSI) Agency
code number for
HOLIDAY PLANNERS L.L.C.
BRANSON WEST , MO , U.S.A.

Outside Travel Agents of Holiday Planners are not charged a fee to book. Rather, they receive a commission back on any travel booked by or through them. Ask any of Holiday Planners agents who receive their monthly commission checks.

Second, if the complainant had purchased he would realize that the travel agency does not stay open 24/7 and we don't claim it does. As a member you are given our hours of operation. By the way when was the last time you had the urge to book an Alaskan cruise at 3 a.m. and DID it.

Third, Greg Cato and Randy Sherman are employees of Infinite Frontiers. Greg Cato is not the owner and just because he used to work for American Voyager Travel does not mean that the two companies are linked in any way. As a matter of fact, Infinite Frontiers has no tie to American Voyager Travel even though some online reporter stated there was a link. He was a bad reporter for not getting his facts straight. Infinite Frontiers has appeared in two print articles online and one T.V. report but no member of any press has ever contacted the home office or owners for any comment or verification of what they report. Evidently people are just allowed to write whatever they want anymore, especially on the internet.

What is even more alarming is that the reporters when trying to check if Holiday Planners is legitimate have never called them and instead of checking for licensing credentials under Holiday Planners name they always check under Infinite Frontiers name. So, the first line of Pete's (the complainant) report which is "Infinite Frontiers operating as a marketing arm for Holiday Planners" is correct, which is why so many reporters and folks like Pete can't find the correct information about Holiday Planners.

I understand the value of websites like this one to help protect consumers and I fully support the actions of this website. But, I don't think this site was created to harm legitimate businesses. If you are unsure or don't understand the concept of an Outside Travel Agent please visit www.ossn.com which is one of the travel agent licensing authorities in the U.S. This entire website is based around helping the Outside Travel Agent conduct better business in the marketplace. The contracted Outside Travel Agent is one of the fastest growing segments of the travel market, right next to the internet booking engines and is unfortunately not understood by many individuals. If OSSN isn't enough information you may also visit www.nacta.com, here is their mission statement which clearly talks about who they help. "NACTA, is the travel industry's first and leading association for independent travel agents, cruise oriented agents, home based travel agents and outside sales travel agents. NACTA, Inc. is a 20 year-old association offering its travel agent members numerous benefits and services."

We welcome anyone who has questions to correspond by email, fax, mail, or phone to our office and we will be more than happy to address any question or concern that you may have.
