Buyer Beware!! Beware this companies 0 tolerance late policy, the low level of communication and service and their lack of security. Buyer beware!!! Managers Joe and Nick are short fused and threatened me with what they "would do" if I told anyone about my very negative experience with them.
An top of all this, the only security on the premises are super low resolution cameras that probably couldn't make out the letters on a license plate.
But about the ripoff. I never got a copy of my contract in the first place. That said, not only was I not informed that I would be ripped off, but when I informed management about this I was called a liar. When I told them that I would inform the world about this ripoff I was threatened with lawsuits and told that there would be other "reprocussions."
Well to make a long story short, I was forced to pay another month because I was a day late moving out after giving 30 days notice to vacate when they only require 15. SCAM!!! Trapping people in bad situations into giving you money is a ripoff. Buyer Beware!!
Threats of violence too and a rabid dog of a man running the front office. Someone needs to know. Next stop, property ownership research. Does the owner know whats going on here?

You were not late in paying you were late in vacating the unit. It does not matter if you give them a 2 year notice. If you say you are going to be out on the 31st and you don't leave until the 1st you did not leave when you said. As such if that rolls into the next month payment you are going to have to pay.
Thiswas your fault and was easy to correct. All you had to do was leave when you stated in your notice.
