AmericanGreetings.com Company still has not refunded my $25.00 after talking to a supervisor which, told me she would with a paper check in the mail as of 8/6/12. It is well over 30 days and still no refund! Cleveland, Ohio

I decided to send my father in-law an e-card with an attached fandango $25.00 gift card from AmericanGreeting.com online e-card website on 5/10/2012. I accidently sent the card to myself twice and made two purchases of $25.00 therefore ,a total of $50.00. Once I received  the e-cards and noticed my mistake I called the company and explained my situation.

American Greetings (assistant Armando) refunded one of my $25.00 purchases and it has been an ongoing battle for them to refund my second  purchase of $25.00. I finally was done dealing with the assistant Armando who, was VERY familiar with the problem and I asked for the supervisor and spoke with her (Minnie). Minnie and my  talk at the time made me feel relieved  that it was going to be settled when she said, "I will refund the money with a paper check through the mail. If that is OK". I spoke with the Superior, Minnie on 8/3/2012 who also told me it would take about 7-14 business days for me to receive the refund in the mail and it is now 9/15/2012 and still no refund. 

I have called a couple of times to contact Minnie, who also informed me to do so if any problems and since no paper check I have called. The couple times I did call Minnie, costumer service agents have told me she is "out of the office for the day" and I can leave a message once, I had already given my name with regards to what the problem was and placed on hold for a few minutes. Assistants then informed they are going to forwarded me to leave a message  on Minnie's voice mail with my consent to do so and was welcomed by a  FULL VOICE MAIL BOX! This has become a HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE for ANYONE to bring their money to a business with un-thankfull employees and empty lies by a Superior in Corporation. I recommend not choosing their free e-card website because they have not been by their best ability to meet costumer needs.
