americantrucking group i returned the truck cause i was sick n they will not return my deposit, the contract states if sick u can void the contract. gulfport Mississippi

 I was leasing a truck from american truck group for more than a year before i got sick. The truck was never tuned up like it was suppose when you buy or lease for the first time. I had to spend on just maintenance along, the first 6 months. They kept asking for payment while truck was in another shop not theirs. They kept saying to bring it to their shop for half or free but getting it there from another state costs money to tow. Now i got sick with menopause with high blood pressure and anxiety with panic attacks and they said that is not being sick. I didnt know they know more than a doctor who says Iam sick. Being in a  hospital in 7 differant states while driving my truck does not catergorizes as being sick. Now they refuse to give me my deposit of 10,000 and will not give me the amount i paid for the whole year for tax purposes. Their reason is that i owe 2,600 for which i told them to deduct it from the deposit and as well as for thre sending a drivwr to pick up truck. Talk about riping off the american truck driver and a american taxpayer to their advantage. There has to be something that can be done to stop the way they operate with their policies of cheating us truck drivers.
