AMERICARE HEALTH Phone solicitation ripoff Las Vegas Nevada

I received a phone solicitation from a gentleman who sounded as jf he were selling something to benefit the militsry troups and the amount of money he wanted was for one on the product he was selling However the purchase needed to be verified by someone else in his office so someone else came on the phone and told me that I had to buy ayear's worth of the product (13 months worth)  and my credit card informato that the first person had obtained from me would be charged the much larger sum. When I tried to cancel the order I was told that I couldn't cancel and it would be shipped the adress they had on file for me.
