I booked a motel online using booking.com, on the way to the motel i call to confirm my reservation, the girl said all was fine, i think she had looked it up,

I show up then she said to me because she did not receive a fax verification from booking .com that i had to pay cash, even though i showed her email varification, !!

what was i to do? out of town and very windy and cold outside i paid the cash and she told me the manager in the morning would straighten it up,. the next day when i checked out the snotty ignorant cleark did the same thing; claiming she did not receive a fax confirmation from booking .com, and was very rude to me and i would up blowing my lid cussing her out

since then i called customer service on booking .com and what a f****** nightmare with all the stupiditity !!

after 4 emails they wanted proof that i paid twice, i emailed them proof of online booking and a cash receipt, after last nights phone call they still wont refund my money, they now want a bank statement ??, AND i have to take toime off from work to do this which is total B.S.

clearly these 2 companies are working together to scam people and making it such a struggle to get their money back

customers beware!!!!  do not ever check in here, i think they are druggies and will do anything for drug money, plus i think they are on the virge of going out of business so scamming people is the only way they can survive

Beware of booking.com also for their ignorance and inconvienence they cause people making them prove their case over and over again hoping they will just give up and then they keep the money, this is their M.O. this is how they operate
