I purchased a 2003 Oldsmobile Alero under the advertisement it was a 4 Cylinder. My contract has been
Signed , and 8 payments have been made. When I applied for tag and insurance, the VIN # registered
As a 6 Cylinder.
I have had nothing but problems with this car the 2 months I have owned it . One repair
After another. I bought the cylinder issue to their attention but was told if they put me in another
car that my payments made would not transfer to the 4 cylinder they could put me
in.
Car is now in shop with transmission problems. I have window sticker and contract papers signed
as if it was a 4 cylinder. I am seeking legal counsel for the wrong doing and lemon car I
received.
They are very aware of contract misleading and was asked to make it right but have made
no attempt. Very dissatisfied!
