My dad, 80+ years of age with health and mental issues fell prey to one of America's Choice Publishers scam and is being charged $47.70 for magazine, which he cannot read. But most importantly, he never received.

Several months ago, when I first saw the charge I attempted to contact them. I went online and could only find an address and telepohone number. I called the number several times and never connected with a live person. So I sent a letter.

They continue to call my dad who also suffers from dementia and the charges begin again, after I had written to them to stop.

Having read other reviews/reports, it saddens me to see a company continuously prey on seniors. This is unquestionably their strategy for increased sales. Pretend to see magazine and charge these seniors accounts.

How does this company continue to get away with it -- I don't know.
