America's Choice Readers Service ripoff Great Falls Montana

Agreed August 2005 to get 6 different magazines from this company. They said it would take 8 to 13 weeks to begin receiving the magazines. Several months went by didn't receive anything.

Received first magazine in February 2006. Mid-April 2006 was contacted about payment. By June 30, 2006 I had received the following of 6 different weekly or monthly publications:

1. PC Magazine Feb. 21st Edition
2. ESPN Magazine Feb. 27th Edition
3. PC Magazine May 9th Edition
4. National Geographic Adventure May Edition
5. National Geographic Adventure June/July Edition
6. ESPN Magazine June Edition

Originally I paid $58 in August 2005. When I was contacted in April I reported not receiving any Sporting News since this deal started and was missing numerous issues of the other magazines. They sent a letter stating they would make sure I received the missing magazines and would extend my subscription to cover it. So I paid them an additional $58.

Now we are at the end of June and they tell me there is nothing more they can do. I've received a grand total of 6 magazines and have paid $116. I should have received weekly Sporting News editions totally some 26 editions just starting January 1st alone.

Clearly they have done nothing to resolve this problem and they keep asking for more money. To date my average cost per magazine is $19.33. Clearly they only care about collecting money, not solving the problem of getting the magazines to me I subscribed.
