Americas Choice Readers Service ripoff would not cancel my order, told me i never called or sent them an e-mail Great Falls Montana

A.C.R.S called to tell me i have won a 1000.00 shoping spree on the 5th of october i had entered on line.i repeatedly asked them how much this was going to cost and they said they didnt know, but when it was confirmed they could tell me then. so now i am receiving 4 magazines for 2 years at 509.95. my husband had a fit. so i recieve the pink envelope they said i would get on the 12th of october well it says i have 3-5 days to cancel. i called the number for new customers and was on hold for 52 minutes. that was enough for me so i got on line at americanreaderS.com, well this really nice lady e-mailed me back on th 14th and said that i had the wrong web address, and this happens all the time.i went back to the confirmation letter and found the right one and e-mailed the cancelation. i didnt hear enything back so i called again and i got through to ALEX he is a suppervisor to. i let him know all the information and he told me i cant cancel because i was to late and i didnt hold for 52 minutes and i didnt send them any e-mail.so he offered to take one magazine off to drop the amount, and take my credit card off the file and bill me each month.that was all he could do. now what ???
