America's Elite Media Magazine Scam Denver , Colorado

Last year I some how got caught up in a magazine scam. I have no idea how they got my cc info OR my debit card #.  I filed a report with the bbb about them.  That matter was settled however during that time we were receiving tons of magazines ( and still are!)  another company.. Americas Elite somehow got my info.

It was such a confusing time. I thought I was dealing with one scam company only to find out I was actually dealing with 2 different ones.

America's Elite continues to call and harass my husband at work  saying he owes them 1,200.00 for magazines we never ordered. They are just random magazines. The kind we would never read and defiantly NOT order.  They call him repeated times saying he will be turned over to collections (for another 400 bucks), and he will have to go to court. They called him just today and stated I'll see you in court and hung up on me. NOT the first time for hang up.

When asking for a physical address he was only given a p.o box. One man actually told my husband that his mom should have swallowed him before he made it out!!  When asking them to cancel he was told the supervisor was the only one that could cancel and he wasn't there, his message was never returned.
 
I refuse to pay them. I am filing this report, one with the bbb, and one with the federal trade commission.  I have noticed that several others have filed complaints against them. If anyone has successfully got them to leave you alone PLEASE let me know.
