I'd like to report that this furniture dealer in San Antonio scams and cheats people and still doing his business without caring about law and order. He runs multiple businesses but engages in contract breach and fraud by stealing money from customers.
His name is Juan Javier Rios and he runs multiple companies as shown below:

I did business with him for company: America's Furniture Distribution and his way of cheating is that he takes full advance on an order and delivers only partial order and keep telling its customers that order will take time, its delayed. he keeps doing this for months till customer gets frustated and leaves him alone. when you ask about money, he asks to contact his lawyer and go to court. which i ended up doing.
He thinks most people will not spend money on lawyers so its a win - win situation. And if you do go to court, he never shows up or responds. which happened in my case and i got default judgement against him but i still can't recover my money as he does not respond to any calls or does not care about default judgement. he does not keep any money on his personal or company account so there is no way to claim it. he keep closing companies and opening new ones to show that his company is closed and he does not owe anything. there are many people who have complaints against him.
i have all the reports, judgments and other documents against him and i need help. i can either let this go and move on with my life or take a stand for justice to prevent innocent people from getting robbed by this person.

Consumer recive 2 living room sets, one china, one dining set, consumer did not recive one dining room set wish it was in back order, consumer was aware of the special order, Consumer pay factory price for the furniture, after a 4 month of waiting, consumer whanted a refunds for the retail price of all the furniture wish it was 3 time then what he pay, Americas Furnitur agree to provide a full refund but customer had to return the furniture, consumer stated he will not return the furniture and he will force Americas Furniture to provide a refund for the retail price, Americas Furniture alwis agree to provide a refund of what he pay on the dining room set that consumer did not recive.

I use to work for Americas Furniture I was there at the time of the Consumer purchase from Americas Furniture, Consumer was completly aware that 4 items were going to be special order, consumer also anderstod that it will take 1 to 6 moths for the 4 peaces of furniture, consuper recive a 9 pc formal dining room table set, sofa love, 3 pc living room table, one casual dining room table, one chine within 2 days of the day that he purchase, consummer request a full refund from my boss but he refuse to return the furniture that it was deliver, my boss deliver 80% of the order as agree at the time the consumer order, this consumer was atemting to block mail my boss. at all time my boss attemted to refund the funds for the furniture that was not deliver du to the fact it was coming from viatnam. consumer recive a judgment for the full order and he keep 80% for the furniture, I belibe its not fair for this consumer make this false aligations against my boss
