America's Note Network - Russ Dalbey Wealth Institute - Winning In The Cash Flow Business RIPOFF & CON-ARTIST Westminster, Colorado

I too tried to reclaim my investment of $4,000.00 with no success. (America's Note Network & Winning in the Cash Flow Business) I emailed several times and called several times. They have NO intentions of refunding any monies once received.

They told me on the phone, as they were conning me for more money that it would be totally refundable if I wasn't satisified. That was clearly a lie. I am so glad I came upon this "Rip-off Report.com" site. What a RIP-OFF!!!

I had explained to them after reviewing the material it was too much for me to take in. I have a serious back injury, taking several drugs which cloud my day to day judgement. I'm also raising my 3 yr. old grandchild and didn't feel I could take on this business after reviewing it with a clear mind.

All I want is my money refunded to me via a certified check. At this point, I would be more than happy to join a class action law suit against Russ Dalby. I think he should be taken off all television channels. If he really believed in his business, he would have no problem with taking care of unsatisfied customers.
If it SOUNDS too GOOD to be TRUE...it is.

Russ Dalby Winning In the Cash Flow Business

AUTHOR: Lillian - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 09, 2006

Update

I have been ripped off by Winning in the Cash Flow Business also. Believe it or not I have been trying to get my money back for two (2) years.

Thanks to Rip Off Report in November 2006 this company refunded all but $1,200 of my $8,000 spent on the program. It was very surprising to see.

Through research and contacting many agencies I learned that a consumer has four (4) years to take action against a scam.

I am willing to help anyone follow in my footsteps to obtain a refund from this company.

Ex-Employee Todd, please help me, too..PLEASE

I also tried to work with this company to get a refund of my $6,000.00.

I was told that my credit card would not be charged at the time of registration. It would only have a "hold" placed on it. This was a total "untruth".

I have been trying for months to obtain a refund. I have even contacted my credit card company for help, but as of this date, I have not been successful.

Todd, if you have any information that would help me I would be forever greatful.

I am out of $8,000 with Winning in the Cash Flow Business. Absolutely, no results.

Can you give a little hint of what to do? You say there is a way and being an ex-employee I believe you know the way.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

There is a way to get your money back.

AUTHOR: Todd - (U.S.A.)

As a former employee of PMI - who sells the multi thousand dollar "coaching program" I know how you can rattle the chains if you will and get some action. Do not even bother with the BBB, as usually they have no response to it, and the BBB is a useless organization.

The only complaints that will even come close to helping is with the deot. of consumer affairs in the state of Utah.

There are other ways of getting your money back as well. I would be happy to tell you denise how to do it, but I will not do so publicly. ((email redacted by ROR)) There is always a way with these companies to get the money back, it just is a matter of what measures have to be taken to get them to act.

I have seen countless people lose so much due to the thousands invested in these coaching programs, and most people make little or no money from them. They are made to want to suck you dry, not help you succeed. ANY company selling these coaching programs for internet business, real estate or grant programs can be delt with in a legal way that will "encourage" them to let your money go. As I stated the consumer affairs division is a good place to start, but when you want to get quick action, and a full refund, or sometimes even more than 100%, you have to know what buttons to push.
