Please do not buy into Russ Dalbey's Winning in the Cash Flow business with America's Note Network. I am a victim of their program. Like other members who have used the program said, they are note very keen to giving you a refund. They'll tell you that you went over the 60 day money back policy. Let me tell you. This program is very confusing to understand and this is coming from a college student. It's outlined to easily and makes it sound so simple, but I'll tell you it's not simple at all. After reading through the course material, I realized this is not easy to do and it will take a lot of money to do it. I sent out 103 newsletters throught their added newsletter program that I bought into. I didn't get one response from doing that.

I went to Fed Ex Kinkos, made the copies, bought time to use adobe acrobat professional and edit the newsletter since I don't have my own computer at this time (it broke down :(

I called up the people on my list of professionals to market to and to my amazement, most of them never even heard of me or didn't know who I was. One person of the 103 I mailed to said he had a note and would call me back on the details of it. He never got back to me. Anyone who sees this newsletter is probably smart enough to realize that it's a scam. SCAM!!!!

They tell you to find leads in the County Court house. I went there too and couldn't find the "PERSONALLY FINANCED CASH FLOW NOTES" aka "the notes that the big companies don't use" GOOD LUCK FINDING THESE !!!!!! I must warn you, that not all courthouses are laid out in a Library format. It wasn't like that. They make sound easy on the phone, but I had no accesss to a computer where I could just type in personally financed cash flow notes in a search tool bar.

So, I call the company, their main 888 number. I ask for a refund and they tell me they have to have one of ther "quality control managers?" call me back. Or some kind of so called "manager." So after about two hours they guy calls me back, and says he can't give me a refund since I'm over the refund policy, but offers the Protege program for free which is valued at over a thousand dollars. I don't think so. I went through some of the lessons to find the same course material jargon as the original program. I couldn't even access the Protege program at first and called the manager to grant me access. It was the end of aug. and the website said I start the beginning of september. The manager unlocked the program and to my astonishment, it wasn't professional material. It was a bunch of easy to read garbage. They don't really explain the process of actually going out there and finding the notes (the most difficult part of the process I'm told by their counselors)

Whatever you do, do not buy into this program. It is designed like many other programs to suck you in and take your money. I am still working on a refund and emailed them. Thanks for whoever posted the email for the refund person. I emailed that individual and I'm waiting for a reply and I will keep calling them till they get tired of hearing from me and hopefully my persistence will prompt them to give me a refund. I will not give up. I work very hard for me money.
