I would just like to state that i had a terrible experience with your company.

 

1. I have been contacting over and over through phone and i never received a phone call back. I called the first time to find out more about your services because i found a Groupon and wanted a run down of what would be provided. when i explained this to the representative on the phone, they told me they could honor the Groupon and make the reservation through them. So i did, then when my bank statement came in and i saw how much i was charged i kept calling to get a breakdown of the tax and gratuity because the charge was pretty high. I also wrote an email asking for the terms and description too, but never received that information. I was told someone would call me back but nobody did.

 

2. the terms of this contract stated that i would be able to have the photo strips custom printed. BUT i had to contact your company 4 days before my event to ask how do i go about getting the photo strips with my name on it! your company should have contacted me! you over charged me but then you did have the decency to collect all my information for the "perks" that you said i would be able to have.

 

3. The day of the event (my reception) I contacted the vendor asking what time he would show up. i was told through email that he will be there "5ish". Exactly like that. I actually had to delay my reception because i was suppose to come out at 6pm but your photobooth provider did not show up and finish setting up until after 6pm when all my guest were already seated.

-He never came to me to apologize for being late or talk to me at all for that matter. But, he definitely got himself a plate of food that was not paid for him and he made sure to leave exactly at the time his contract said which was 10pm.

- I had a backdrop already in place for when he got there but ALL of my pictures were half backdrop and half the walls of the reception hall. He took NO pride in his job. it wouldnt have hurt to fix the backdrop so the pictures looked decent.

- i had my own props set but as he was leaving i had to ask him for my props. he packed them in his box!

- when i asked for the custom photo strip sample, your provider did one example and sent it to me. the writing was terrible and i asked for something more simple. the first example resembled graffiti, and i knew it was my reception, so i wanted something nicer. He NEVER contacted me back to show me another writing style. basically i got what i got.

 

and i never received the USB i was told would come with my purchase
