Americas Pride Online I have joined the club. I too have been become a victim of Americas Pride Online Seekonk Massachusetts

I ordered a four post car lift from Americas Pride on 1-2-08 and paid in full on my Master Card. After 8 weeks of waiting I sent an e-mail to Jay Rose the sales person who took my order. He did not respond to any of my e-mails until I suggested that I would take legal action. He assured me that they were in fact still in business but had delays in getting the shipment from Mfg.

I accepted that and waited another month before e-mailing again. After several more e-mails, I finally got a response from Jay telling the container was later. It should have arrived on May 19th. It was all ready April 1st. He said that they would have them in 14days. Again I waited 15 days and e-mailed several more time and followed up with a phone call asking for a definite delivery date. No response! I called and some woman (Name unknown) answered the phone and told me Jay was out to lunch. I left a voice mail for him. 2 hours later and a couple more e-mails that went un-responded to, I called back and asked for refund. Again the woman name unknown asked for Invoice number, I gave it to her and she hung up.

I sent several more e-mails and finally got response from Mike Nees saying he was doing everything he could. I e-mailed back and told him unless he could provide me with a delivery date the order was cancelled.

Since that e-mail he hasn't responded to any e-mail or calls. I have filed a dispute with Master card and hope they will recover my money. I also notified the BBB and they are still waiting for a response. Since they drop him from the BBB 5 days after I placed my order.

Don't be fooled by this company. Just another victim!
