This is America's Second Chance Pit's Rescue aka Second Chance Pit's Rescue in KY ran by Garret S Akins and Libby Keeton Akins.  This rescue is not a 501 c 3 rescue at all, yet they do solicit donations online.  They even posted about Facebook making them change their name on Facebook so they added America's to the beginning because apparently another rescue was already using that name.
