Iwent through a refinace with rapia one mortgage/alpine lending llc. on march 29,2006. On this day 04/10/2006 our mortgage loan was with hsbc group. Decision one mortgage remind me that this loan was to skip the first 30 days untill payment is due on may 1st 2006. We paid the amonth of $ 1,608.88 on april 11 ,2006.

On april 10 there is in the mail box from decision one mortgage another bill for another payment due on 04/ 15/2006 for a month of $3,209,76 with $160.00 in late fees. I call and spoke to corey with decision one mortgage I explain that our first payment was due on may 1st, 2006. He said the comptuer says you're late.

I said I dont think so. On may 15, 2006 I sent a payment and they sold/transfer/or mortgage loan to america's servicing company. On june 1st 2006 our payment was due so I mail it to decision one mortgage/ loan #3901049678.

Now on we had received threaten noticed from america's seriving company that they going forclose on such date 10/26/2006. So I moved out the home offard give keys to the home. But asc /wells fargo bank refused said you owed money no keys to home. Asc/well fargo bank loan #1127082309 is file chapter 7 bankruptcy and sueing asc/wells fargo bank for 307.000 plus 8.59.9% in interest .

When decision one mortgage sold/transfer loan to asc/wells fargo bank they didnt even change the title or dee on loan to mortgage on home. It still on deed and title decision one mortgage not america;s servicing company or wells fargo bank. People dont belived brokers or mortgage companys or banks. Best of all keep your head up and don't do bussines with bank or mortgage company or brokers.

Don't sink your home. Asc/wells fargo bank is bad faith on the home loan.
