Americawest Homes Jones Crossing David Meeks and Kevin Amiko sales representatives and Kate Jacobs the Sales Manager Lawrence Canarelli Owner They lied to me had me clear my credit then told me I could not afford the bigger home so I downgraded to the smaller home I had given $6,875.00 as down payment and paid for upgrades and now they tell me you can buy a house but more money yet the house has not broken ground I cancelled with them and they send a letter stating gthey are doing me a favor they are holding my money as a credit for 1 year until I buy a home from them they treatment they have given me I will never buy from them they are keeping my money and I have have been holding on to this dream since Feb 26,2016 Las Vegas Nevada

On Feb.26.2016 me and my daughter stop by Jones Crossings to see their homes I met sales rep David Meks and then Kevin amiko another representative.  I told them up front what iwas looking for butalso stated my crdit was not the greatest.  Kevind proceeded to tell me the house will take 4 months to complete by that time you will have your credit increased.  so I look at models Plan 3072 and thats what Iwanted so David went over upgrades and approx monthly payment he ask me to put earnest money down I did $3000.00 and the following week $3875.00 for upgrades.  Then I met with Davis yurochak the lender he told me that alot of things needed to come off before he tell them to build and advise to pay off and get deletion and removal letters I did.  The next week me and my daughter went into the office spoke with Amiko because my credit was not improving fast enough he told us that Canarelli does not need your money were trying tomove forward so you can move to a home, again I believe him however more things kepp coming up such as David asking me to stop by office after I sent in bank statement paychecks etc., I had to downgrad to smaller house I told them both I don't like any of the house but the one i chose they both told me I was going to lose my money if I cancel I got really upset because house can you lose money if nothing is bulit no ground breaking so they lied and said take the smaller one you can sell it later during this time I wrote to KateJacobs and says the same thing to me. I wished I had education on purchasing I explain to her that little money was left to me by my father who just passed away May 30.2015.  I need my money this is all I have besides living paycheck to paycheck no empathy all they wanted was to keep my money so I went into thee office and signed a cancellation and the return of all my money.  I recieved a letter today stating they are doing me a favor and will Credit my money for 1 year if I buy a house from them. This is a mess and I will never buy a house from this company.  They re holding my only death benefit hostage instead of reimbursing me my total funds.  I will not rest until I get my money I never want to buy a house again to try to buy here in Las Vegas.  I really need help.  Thank you so much
