I have been dealing with this company for soon to be 5yrs now. This started the first month I moved in and got my first statement. It had the wrong property address on it and I immediately called to have it fixed. Needless to say it hasn't been fixed yet after numerous calls.

As time went on I started receiving things from the county saying my winter taxes weren't being paid. Mind you, they were paying my summer taxes to my right property but the winter taxes, they were trying to pay on someone elses property. No one at American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. could explain why that is.

I have been on the phone numerous times with managers, customer service reps etc. As time went on again, they weren't paying my homeowners insurance, they shorted my escrow, my payments kept going up etc. I had to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy to keep them from taking my house. While in bankruptcy they tried to illegally foreclose on my house. They told my attorney that it was a miscommunication. I am now being forced to pay double house payments, which the mortgage company still says I owe. I have in less than 5yrs have paid almost $50,000 dollars on my mortgage. None of which goes to building any equity in my home.

They are so good at this little scam that it makes it look like you are missing payments etc. I cannot seem to get anyone to help me make this right.
