AmeriCredit - Financial Group DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY Cheshire Connecticut

I put my trust in this company for a loan. A loan that would help pull me out of the hole I was in and they scammed me. I should have researched more and normally I am much more cautious than this however, desperate times call for desperate measures. I had received my "5-day" eviction notice, my electric was disconnested along with phone and cable and I have an 11 year old boy just starting school. This company says you are approved but need to make 4 "good faith" payments due to poor credit, etc. So I took my paycheck of $915.00, leaving no money for myself and sent their required payment to them with a guarantee of $5000.00 to be deposited into my account by midnight that same day. I sent a money gram to Canada to the attention of my "Account Manager's name".

However, nothing was deposited. When I called on that following day I was transferred to the Assistant to the Vice President, Frank Busey who told me that my loan was re-assessed which states in their bogus contract they send you and that I needed to make 4 more payments due to my "Debt-to-ration" on my credit report. I wondered why they were just now telling me this and was convinced it was due to my credit. So had to do what I had to do and borrowed an additional $900.00. So this time, I had Mr. Busey send me a letter in writing confirming that the $5000.00 would be deposited into my account within 2 hours. So I Sent another money gram to this Canada person but again did not receive those funds as promised. Now I am $1800.00 deeper in the hole and left with nothing. I am still trying to contact this company to get a refund and I don't know what else I can do to get my money back. I can't believe anyone would do this to someone. It was my mistake for putting my trust in a company that I thought would provide me with a loan and my fault for not doing research in such a desperate time but take it from me, Do Not Trust This Company!!! The only people I have dealt with is Paul Landon ext 404 and Frank Busey (he doesn't have an extension). This company is a complete Scam. I cannot locate them on any address locater, nothing!
