Amerifunding amerifunding.net Fraudulent operations - bank guarantees and letters of credit Northen VA Virginia

My partners and I got scammed by Amerifunding for tens of thousand of dollars.  This company does not provide legitmate services!

We wish we had done more research.  Even the SEC had a public notification about this recently:

They also appear to engage in literally all of the red flag fraud activities as denoted by the above links.  If you are trying to raise capital like we were - be advised there are no "bank guarantees" or letters of credit that are going to fund or secure your company's capital raise.  They just don't exist and yet the scammers at Amerifunding prey on the desire of business owners to try and raise capital.

Also - search this Ripoff Report website for "amerifunding.net" and you will see more reports of scams and apparently state investigations into this company for fraud.
