For those of you who are victims of these preditors, I dont know if this is helpful or not, you may want to contact the Federal Trade commission and or the attorney general of your state, although my situation is a little different I am a victim of Identity Theft and the thief obtained loans with these companies, even after a police report was sent Ameriloan still tried to collect money. So here are some addresses and phones numbers that might be helpful.

Also report them to the BBB of that state. I agree that places like this should be shut down, and my heart breaks for those in the situations that feel they have no other avenue. Protect your money and protect yourself.
