This company is ruthless! They call me at work relentlessly. I have asked them to stop. I have asked for information on where to send payments but they only want my bank account information.
I have read on other sites of complaints about this company taking the money you "Owe" several times over. I finally found a comment on one site that states that Ameriloan, DBA One Click Cash, DBA United Cash Loans, DBA Perferred ... and several other company names is actually acting illegal in many situations. When they called today I had had enough so I did a little snooping and found that the State of California, Dept of Corporations has filed a restraining order against this company (filed 7/30/07) for illegal business practices in the State of California.
Any additional information anyone might have on this would be appreciated.
