I applied through Money Mutual and they sent my application to Ameriloan they approved me for $450 it was deposited to my account and payment were set up at 135$ every other week I was never given full disclosure of terms and conditions and they set up a user Id and password which I not aware of . I called to find out my balance which is now $585 non of the money paid goes toward the principle amount and I was told I had to pay an additional amount in inclements of $50

and the payment of $135 until I pay it off or pay the balance in full so this loan will continue to increase if I had known their terms I would never had accepted the loan. Their action was unethical and deceptive

Fault not mine

AUTHOR: yvette - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, August 17, 2012

Previously I stated that I applied to Money Mutual who sent my information to Ameriloan they deposited the funds into my bank account without contacting me this was done over the internet so did not know of the terms in advance also the reason why I chose to get the short term loan was because I had lost my job two weeks after I purchased a car and my uneployment claim was approved but it took seven weeks to recieve payment and I had used most of my savings for bills and I did try to work with my car lender to no avail being new to Nashville less than 6 months  my transportaion was a necessity. Don't be so quick to judge I said from the beginning that the terms were not given to me and that was deceptive and unethical.

" I was never given full disclosure of terms and conditions.."

"if I had known their terms I would never had accepted the loan. Their action was unethical and deceptive.."
How were they unethical and deceptive?
Why would YOU sign a loan without knowing the terms and conditions?

Their interest rate is certainly in the triple digits and you didn't even check before signing up.....the fault here is YOURS.
Sure, their interest rate is astronomical, but YOU have the right NOT to take the loan with them.

Do you always have to deal with sub-prime lenders?
