I borrowed a small $250 loan from this company on 6/6/07. I was told to pay $325 total on 6/15/07 or $75 would be taken out of my account every 1st and 15th day of the month until the loan was paid in full, which I was told would be 8/1/07. After that date came, and they took out a total of $325, I noticed they continued to take out money, between $50-$75. I asked my bank to file a dispute against these charges; Ameriloan had already taken out $535. I also called Ameriloan about this fact and they were telling me that because I didn't pay $325 on 6/15 and I didn't contact them, they would continue to take out money until I "said something to them." That's freaking bullshit! So I'm still waiting on the dispute results...who knows if I will get my money back. But I plan on closing my account before they take out more of my money. This company is a scam and I advise anyone who decides to get a cash loan...DO NOT GO THROUGH AMERILOAN! They will screw you over!

Got my money back

I filed a dispute/investigation report with my bank. They were very helpful about it and after a week I was able to get all my money back. I also requested that my bank block Ameriloan from taking anymore money out of my account. So I'm happy I don't have to close my account due to the fact I have automatic withdraw for some of my other bills. I'm happy that I won!
