the insurance company first sent out a adjuster that could not complete the adjusting of the hurricans damages, due to he did not want to get his feet wet and turned in a "part", report as a full report of damages to my properties.
than the insurance company began the long task of sending out new adjusters ever so offten to play there games to cofuse the matter and not paying the claim.
after a year of there games, the insurance company paid a part payment of $18,000.00 out of allmost $170,000.00 of damages the insurance company was refusing to pay.
i went to a mediation where more games were played by the two hours of the medation was taken by bull s**t and not my case, and only one damage was talked about and they gave me $7,000.00 for my fences and request for the insurance company to send out a structual engeneer to report on all the other damages, that later the engeneer made written false statements of the damages and again the insurance company refused to pay the claim.
in april 2006 i highered Ameriloss to recover my insurance money they stated they could get the claim with in 3 months, they have the attorneys and maney ways to make the insurance company pay, i stated, to Ameriloss, first I need you to send your structual engeneer out right away as i signed there contrack, they stated we will.
from the time i sign the contract, they have stalled off the claim and have lied to me and have refused to send me a written copy of what they are claiming in my insurance claim and at times they would state the claim is only for $48,000.00 but refused to send me any proff of the claim, i have numbers of times sent to Ameriloss all the estamits of all the damages to my home with no reply.
in Aug. 07 USF&G Insurance co., sent me a check for only $9,300+ dollars with my and Ameriloss names to close the case for Ameriloss, Ameriloss refused to sign the check and want me to sign the check and send it to them. I say NO", i will not sign and or send the check to you, Ameriloss threaten to take me to court. I NEED HELP>>>
