Ameriprise Financial/ Trent T. Williams DCC Advisors - Washington D.C. Coalition for Capital Fraudulent Fees Paid For Financial Advisory Services That Did Not Deliver and Put Me In Dept Washington, District of Columbia

 I trusted my former advisor, Trent T. Williams, JD, MBA, to financially plan my savings. I was a Secretary in the Federal Government with a Salary that did not qualify me to invest in aggressive or high levels of risk of loss of initial investment value in exchange for the higher investment return.

 Trent T. Williams knew what my salary was and he made uncolicited orders to buy without my consent, charging me outrages fees. He did not advise me or tailor me to my individual circumstance, and knew that my salary did not qualify me to make high investments.

 I trusted him, and did not think that he would rip me off. He advised me to make an investment from my home that was almost paid for, in order to secure a nest egg. He provided the Title Company, etc., and completed the application for me, as I did not understand what was going on. They had to get approval from my employment agency, and must have because the Director of HRD was fired.

 I was called into his office and rushed from work, which was not too far away from his office to sign the Refinance application and I did not have time to read it. He sent me over accross the Hall to the Title Company. Little did I know that somehow, he Refinanced me for a Nest Egg and took over $300,000 of equity or all out of my home with Washington Mutual, and invested the money into high risk mutual funds, and loss money.

 I was put into an Arm, and I became ill with Cancer, and went to him for my disability health/life insurance. He told me that I did not have it. I Refinanced to get out of the ARM with Olympia West and discovered that Trent Williams/Ameriprise and Scott Hardy Team, falsely posted my salary as making $6,000 per month in order that I qualify for the loan. That is fraud.

 Trent Williams had a copy of my pay check, and knew what my salary was. I should have never been qualified to make that kind of Refinance. I almost lost my home while fighting Cancer. Mr. Williams, called me late one evening and said that he wanted to take a look at my TSP fund. 

 At first I said no, and why couldn't it wait until tomorrow? Anyway, he said that he was close by my house and just wanted to stop by. Little that I did not realize that Trent Williams just wanted to see my house, because he made a deal to steal it. 

Mr. Williams was very unprofessional and I reported him, and nothing was done. All of my money is gone, and I am struggling on disability retirement. I went through tremendous stress and illness of almost losing my home, and being approved through a modification submitted to Bank of America. Trent Williams should have lost his license.

I was in the AEFA Securities Llitigation Settlement c/o the Garden City Group, Inc, in re American Express Financial Advisors Securities Litigation and received under $100.00. My advise to Consumers is to not invest your money with these RIP-OFF investors.
