To whom it may concern...I live in Smithville N.J. My husband committed suicide a couple of years ago...without his income I fell behind in my mortgage payments...I didnt find out until later,that the company had NOT given me the three day loan paper and they have instituted foreclosure on my home(condo) ...I am alone and please..I need help...I called and they shuffled me from person to person and told me they would never foreclose...I went into bankrupcy 40 days ago to stop this process...They then gave me to AMC which has been a night mare of LIes and Deciept and they promised me help and all they did was to sue me for foreclosure....I understand there is a lawsuit against these entities....Now that I am in Bankrupcy and tentatively in foreclosure,can I PLease keep my house.....These people never helped me,insted they just waited me out until I was beyond the time to pay back the money owed..they even sent back a payment i tried to send...I dont know what to do...Also...The trauma of the suicide has been so overwhelming,I cant fully get a handle on what are my options...I Just want to keep my house,but sadly I have to sell and you know how the market is....If anyone knows what I can do,please help me...Thank you J.T.

Update to my plight.....Im still in the process of AMC taking my home ..I have gone through 2 adjournments from the sheriffs' office and now I face a judge on Oct 22 to try and figure out what to do....Or if he can stay the sheriff sale on the 25th of October at 12:00.....Im praying that he will be able to help me and if any one out there is in troouble(like i am ) please keep on fighting if you love your home as i do...As a widow my home represents all that my dear late husband and I worked for ...Thanks for this forum...JTWagner
