LOUSEY MORTGAGE COMPANY .. HELD 3 YEAR ADJUSTABLE RATE LOAN WENT FOR PAYOFF .. THEY JUMPED PREPAY UP 2% .. WONT DO ANY THING ABOUT IT .. THEY QUATED AT RATE LOAN WAS TAKEN OUT IN.THEN ADJUSTED NOTE 2% . SCREWED US 1500.00 ON PREPAY ..DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY .......

Hey Frank we all understand what you are going through. By the way i am from port charlotte fl but now in michigan. My mother still lives their on beacon rd. Read my post from holland mi, their is alot of great info on their.
