On Febuay 13 2004 me And my wife refinanced with Ameriquest Mortgage co out of denver. Little did we know that we were going being taking for the ride from hell. First I started trying to get another loan before the two year pay fixed rate ran out and then I found out that the appraiser that Ameriquest sent out over appraised my house and I still owe more on my house now than it will apprise for and that brings us to the next part of my setuation after the two fixed rate was up my intrest rate went up 2 points and so did my payments by $215.00 a mounth. Now in October everything is going to go up again. now can any one Please telle me what to do.

Hello Billy, I would first suggest you take your loan doc's to a attorney to see if there is any wrong info on your doc's that you might of missed, they need to be re-read with a fine tooth comb, also I would call your states appraisal board. There is alot of info online, search ameriquest lawsuites. There are alot of us on this web site, going thru the same thing, seems like it's all the same pattern they did to everyone. I wish you luck and don't give up, and get those doc's out and have a attorney read them, just like all of us here, they were changed after closing. Good Luck and God Bless
