I cannot believe even after researching this company under Better Business Bureau - who touts they've been a member since October 2002 and meets their membership standards - I find out they're a total rip off.

On 2/29/2007 I purchased one $495.00 box of their Aero-Stream Septic System Maintenance product after being assured by the AmeriSep salesperson on the phone that we needed this size box for the problem we were having. He assured me if for some unlikely reason his product did not work it's a full money back guarantee. I told him I was going to research his company on BBB and would call him back. After reading the customer experience portion of BBB's account for this company, ie our complaint history for this company shows the business has responded to any customer complaints brought to it's attention by the Bureau.

on 4/24/2007 we had to have an excavating company dig up our septic system before it began backing up into our basement. I contacted Sharianne Auchmoody on 5/22/2007. She told me to mail her a receipt from the excavator and the unused portion of the product and in 8 weeks I would receive full refund...excluding shipping charges which would give me a credit of $477.00. I of course sent it back certified mail and have the green card proof that she personally signed for the returned box on 5/29/2007.

I had to call Sharianne again on 8/13/2007 at 3:21 p.m. She was very friendly..said oh yes here is your refund here..I wonder why no one has processed it...and said THERE IT'S DONE..you should see a credit on your credit card by 8/15/2007. I'm still waiting and intend to contact Sharianne again and again until I get my hard earned money back.

I agree with Mike from Guilford, Vermont....we have obviously been taken by some real con artists. I intend to file a complaint with BBB and hope that his reports to Federal Trade Commission and States Attorney's office gets the legal sanctions placed against this completely fraudulent company.
