Bill Ray is nothing but a scam who robs heartship people of their money. He never returns calls. He tells you your loan is in a mod which it is not. He never updates you as to what is going on. I paid him over 1800. and he did nothing!!!! Dont use america star forclosure or deal with this man. We all need to bond together and be apart of a class settlement. After 2 yrs of getting no where with this man. I hired someone who I wished I hired the first time. He has so far done everything he stats. and calls me every week on updates. Bill Ray promised me the world in saving my home.  He defaulted on everything he stated. Charging  me over 1600.  The pass 2 years as been a rollercoster, and come to find out that he sits around and takes his time in responding to the banks. When he knows the banks has deadlines to meet.  He never hardly returns your calls everything is done by email.  He tells you if you dont do this he will close down your file.  I tracked all his phone calls and he never calls the bank when he should.  This guy had my loan for 2yrs and I do realize that I had bumps along the way.  But the bank is telling me to get certain papers in by a certain time.  Then wouldnt you think you should do that? I guess bill felt he didnt have too.

To rap things up I hired another company to pull me out, and so far he is doing a great job his company is save my home he works out of NJ. This guy calls me for everything little problem I have and also allows me to go on a 3 way call with the bank.

Ameristar is nothing but a scam. I plan on seeing that no one else has to go threw what I have gone threw. I am so sorry that I wasn't smart enough to research this company. Maybe I would be done with my mod by now.

Just to follow up on my last report about Ameristar/ william ray! I believe this guy does'nt even have an office. Because there is never anyone there to recieve any phone calls. He does everything right from his blackberry fancy phone. I have spoke with my lender several times since I had him removed from my account, they say & I quiote, they tell me he has not done a damb thing put postpone sale date's and put me farther behind than anything. He has made many threats towards me & the funny thing is I HAVE EVERY PHONE MESSAGE RECORDED & EVERY E-MAIL THIS MAN HAS SENT ME all rapped up in 2 files & I save his little threats towards me. I wish he would try and come after me for some reason. He states I have jepurdized my file / case and his attorneys will be coming after me. well Bring it.

i WOULD LOVE TO DRIVE DOWN TO FLORIDA AND SHOW HIM A THING OR TWO....People stay away from this company. He has told me that he just got off the phone with my lender and verified that he has been in contact with them 2-3 times a week, well thats funny because I received a letter back from my lender that I had them completely removed from any contact with my lender, but he say's he just spoke with them, BULLS***. I sent them a letter 2 weeks proir to have ameristar removed from having anything to do with my file or imfo. and called my lender to make sure it had been done, and they said yes he will be removed from any contact with any of my case & file. But he tells me he just spoke with them. HAHAHAHAHAHAH. lIKE i SAID i HAVE TWO FOLDER COMPLETELY FULL OF DOCUMENTS FROM AMERISTAR. and about 100 e-mail with his threating comments. people he is a LIAR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BULLSHIT COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.......Well I have great new's for bill ray, you will be meeting me in person.
