Ameristar Tax Centers A total scam Johnstown, Pennsylvania

Below is an e-mail I sent to my representitive which will outline my feelings on how Ameristar Tax Centers treat you.

Hello Veronica, please note that effective immediately I am revoking AmeriStars POA as it pertains to my account and AmeriStar Tax Centers in no longer needed as we are getting absolutely NO PLACE with your services. Up front we were told that AmeriStar could not stop liens but could stop certainly stop levies along with additional fees and interest charges. Well this come to find out was a lie and an under handed sales pitch.
 
Because of this I took matters into my own hands last week contacted Anita Perry my self and told her she no longer needed to have contact with AmeriStar as we were not getting any results and my interest and fees kept racking up and she even agreed. She actually showed me the last three correspondences. On 8/9 you told Anita I had sold my business and she requested a new personal financial by 9/6 if not she would impose a levy. #1 NO ONE from AmeriStar notified me to produce a new personal financial and #2 The next call you should have made was to ME stating she is planning to levy if I didnt produce one by 9/6. You did not and as a result of it we were left penniless and upside down in some accounts as other checks hadnt cleared! As our POA representative one would think it is your duty to inform us what is going on. I requested several times to have Kerry call me with NO response once AmeriStar had our money the communication stopped!!! As a result of the lies we were told up front it has cost us twice + what we initially paid AmeriStar due to building fees and interest!!
 
So at this point I am handling my own case, making progress may I add, and all communications between AmeriStar and Anita Perry are to stop immediately.
