Ameritrust Financial Scam Artists Dunedin Florida

Yesterday I received a call from an agent saying his name was Marceau. He told me about this wonderful credit card that was locked in at 8.9 percent interest rate. I was interested . . .

We then went through a questionnaire on the 'phone that was really interesting and he continued to assure me the card could be used at any establishment accepting credit cards.

Finally he said the final go round was for me to interact with a recorded message with an Ameritrust representative, but I was cautioned not to interrupt with questions. With the recording running so swiftly that I couldn't possibly copy down all the contact information I was supposed to write down I interrupted Marceau and told him NO I didn't want the card.

At this point we had a rather spirited discussion with me insisting that I wanted no part of the card when I heard the bit about a 35% down payment being needed at the company store for any purchase. He assured me that only applied to the company store, but the card could be used at any major merchant's. I continued to insist that I didn't want the card and he ended the conversation with a rather abrupt and gruff "Have a good day."

At this point I was totally spooked and concerned. I went to my bank and after a discussion with the bank's representative ended up closing my bank account and loosing, for the time being, my debit card, but they won't be able to get any of my money.
