Ameritrust Investments MAJOR RIPOFF Newton Massachusetts

I had been trying to find a lender to get a loan. I am not a person with very excellent credit so I thought I had a great oppurnity. I was contact by a Diane Simmons and was told I could get a $10,000 dollar loan. All I needed to do was to send them $990.05 to cover the first six month payments or send $1018.12 for insurance to a year that would be remibursed after the first year. I called back and decided to go ahead and do. I talked to Diane and was told to Moneygram the money to a Jim Hirrson, since he was the private lender. I sent it and was told I would have the money the very next day into my bank account. Two days went by and I hadn't received the money so I called and left numerous messages for Diane... After 2 days of calling I finally got to speak to a Gary Fason who told me that Diane just happened to be on vaction in the Caribean for 2 weeks. He advised me the lender had also wanted the insurance money put down. At that point I said no way. And requested that my money be refunded to me. I was advised that it would have to go through the billing cycle and would be refunded the first of July. I then asked to speak to the owner which was told was a William Mason. Which I never got to speak too. I just went with it to try to get my money back. As of this date still haven't received and of course the number is no longer in service. I hope this helps someone else from being scammed. When I found this site. They happened to have a website that is about three down from the ripoff sites.
