 They pursued my firm to do construction work for them usually a man named jeff or kevin underdown do this. At first they are overly nice and filled with promises. Practically beg you to work for them which should have been the first red flag. They never ask for references insurance or licensing. They then have you start your project with promise of first payment 4 weeks from start date.

10 weeks later no payment arrived with excuse after excuse. Eventually after threatening to shut the job down due to non payment, they become extremely aggressive and accuse you of not doing a job correctly. They than will kick you off the job without pay convieniently citing you have provided unsatiafactory work. Then they have a man named john dibella use intimidation tactics to scare you into not suing.

Hes careful to stay away from certain words which would land him in jail such as I'll kill you, but he will scream yell and imply harm will come your way should you continue to pursue your money. When you call and email the office in Georgia (they intentionally dont have a local office in long island to avoid scammer contractors) conveniently they do not have an operator to speak to.

Eventually you hire a lawyer and they already have a small settlement offer prepared for you that does not even cover your costs in exchange for a hold harmless waiver they have pre prepared for there victims not to pursue further legal action. Because there jobs are usually not for tremendous money, they know you will settle to avoid legal costs, effectively getting you to renovate there investment properties on your dime and lose money doing so.

DO NOT ENGAGE IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. The FBI must investigate this firm and bring these people and firm to justice.
