AMG, American Marketing Group I was told they had a contract, I needed to pay for a title search up front and I would have a closing within 3 months, that was June 1, 09 and I'm still waiting. Now all their lines have been disconn Internet

I received a call on June 1, 2009 by a person identifying herself as Chris Fields , phone # 561-633-7311 (her personal cell-phone , I assume ) with American Marketing Group.  She said she had a buyer for my timeshare at Westgate in Orlando if I was interested in selling it.  She indicated she had an  older couple who had already made an offer . I thought about it and I said okay.  She said I would need to pay for a title search , etc.  I agreed.   She said we would close in no more than 30 days if everything was okay.   She said some one would call me back to verify our conservation.      On that same day 6-1-09 at 4:08 pm  I received a call from a man named  Matt (no last name given) phone # 561-296-0438; he verified my information. Again on 6-1-09 at 4:52 pm, Peter Lauren (phone # 561-932-0467) called checking to see if my information had been verified.  I made numerous phone calls to them and was always given an excuse.  I made a log of my calls , the dates , who I spoke with, voice messages left, etc.  Starting with the first call 6-1-09 until 12-2-09.  I have tried all the phone numbers I have for these people and find that they have all been disconnected. ( I WONDER WHY?)  They got $1,000.from me and they guarenteed a refund if the property was not sold within 4 months. " I WANT A REFUND PLEASE"
