AMG Inc. RECON Truck Accessories Refused to refund $$ when product not as advertised. Tamarac Florida

Ordered a Mini LED tailgate bar with reverse for a custom installation.  Light advertised as 1/2" wide x 1/2" deep x 15" long. Confirmed size with Ryan Baker prior to ordering. Product received was 1 1/2" wide x 1" deep x 15" long.  Immediately contacted Ryan and was advised to return product. Ryan said there would be  o restocking charge.

Product was received by RECON March 6, 2013.  Ryan advised refund request was forwarded to the accounting department that day.  Contacted Ryan in mid June as refund had not been received.  He sent the request a second time. 

Waited another two weeks and e-mailed Ryan again.  This time no response.

Filed a report with the SE Florida BBB.  RECON advised fhem because the product was received by them a few days past their 30 day limit from the order date of January 31, 2013 they would not be giving the requested refund.  They also said the light was as advertised.  This is a lie!

All we want is the cost of the light, US $84.94 and our return shipping, US $9.79 refunded to us.  Some allowance needs to be given for the time required to ship cross country, determine suitability of product and retun shipping time.
