I just recieved a call from this company stating that I am in debt to the for the amount of 1,844 dollars and that this case was being brought to court tomorrow. If this amount is not paid then I will be liable for the total amt of 5,484 dollars total. The gave me the above address 3rd Court Street in Auburn NY 13021 number as above. The man stated his name was Marcus Williams and that his supervisor was peter Scott both sound the same and they had a mid eastern accent. I notified my attorney Generals office and was told that this is illegal and that in the State of North Carolina payday loans are illegal and it is suggested that you only pay the principle balance of any payday loans. So if you borrow 300 you pay 300. Do not use your bank info or credit card info. Send a certified check so it can be traced. So this company is not trust worthy, I have not been able to find any information about this company, the address is not even accurate. Be careful and don't hesitate to ask questions to get information.

Area Code 313 NY phone calls with a heavy middle eastern accent told me i would go to jail tomorrow if i didn't pay an outstanding debt for a payday loan i never got. They were abrupt & unclear and told me i needed to send a fax authorizing payment to my credit card. I went so far as to send my info before i googled their info and found out this scam is becoming common. Do not send them your information & if you have been deceived by them, call your bank & file a fraud claim immediately!!! Also 3rd court street Auburn NY 13021. I called the payday lender that they said I had an unsettled debt with and they confirmed that I had never borrowed from them before. Do not give them any information! Ask for the original loan information including dates and amounts and confirmation numbers. Do not let them bully you as they did me! If they got you, file a police report immediately.
