AMI Clubwear DON'T PURCHASE!!! They don't fulfill orders, Internet

On 11/02/12 I ordered the Snake Skin Textured Metallic Fabric Curved Wedges size 9 and Lavender Deep V Neck Ruched Elastic Waistband Sexy Romper size small and choose two day shipping to have the items no later than Nov. 8, 2012. The total cost for the order was $88.84 in which the cost of the shoes amounted to 55.99 and the shipping totaled $40.75.

I only received a confirmation email of my order and on Nov 6. 2012, I received a second email that my order shipped with just the 1 item Lavender Deep V Neck Ruched Elastic Waistband Sexy Romper, not the Shoes. This company didn't bother to email me and inform that the shoes did not ship due to a manufacturer defect, in which had I been contacted I would've opted to cancel the entire order and receive a full refund. I literally only ordered from this company to get the shoes only. I called 2 times on Nov 7, 2012 and spoke with two CSR reps, the first name I couldn't remember.

The other rep was Duke and he promised me that if my original ordered item could not be ship that I could choose two alternate items from their site and he'd make sure one pair shipped Thursday overnight. He also promised a call back. On Nov 8, 2012 I called customer service back and spoke with Gloria who assured she'd personally call back with the shipment updated info. Nevertheless I didn't receive any call backs and with my 3rd call to Gloria, her supervisor told me I couldn't substitute another item in place of my shoes after Duke made a promise I could.

DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS CHEAP COMPANY!!! Even sitting on hold for customer service can be up to an hour wait
