I purchased an Amika Hair straightner from a Kiosk at Roosevelt field mall in Long Island New York.... I always ask what the return or exchange policy is. I was assured that it is unconditionaly replaceable within 1 year of purchase. Knowing that I decided to buy it from them, rather than a larger well known mall store.
Well stupid me, I fell for theri B.S.,,,The straightner broke, and there is no exchange,, it's either walk away from a ripoff, or wreck their kiosk and risk getting in trouble for my actions. The Amika rep ( she called herself Yaya ) was very rude, and even spoke in her native Israeli language at me when she got angry.
I URGE EVERYONE DO NOT BUY AMIKA PRODUCTS !!!!!!
