Amir Cann is selling CMS Pro, a product found on CodeCanyon, developed by another product owner. In fact most of the scripts he has listed on the Creative Vision International website, are products sold by other authors on the CodeCanyon website.
Some of those products include the DDP Shopping Cart, Open Source CMS Pro, AutoResponder, and several others. He claims full authorship, and on the TMS Membership Script site, he has posted a link Important Scam Note, where he tells people that I am using an unlicensed version, pirated version of TMS, when in fact, it is the opposite. He, Amir Cann is the one doing this, after taking $4,000.00 from my company, not delivering on his agreement, the bogus one that will be posted in my next report, and not turning over the website, which is clearly stated in his so called signed agreement. This guy is really a bad piece of work, a scam, fraud, liar, criminal, and a major rip-off, and con artist, in fact he defines those terms perfectly, and he is the meaning of each of those terms. There is also a video on YouTube, which I have posted, that can be added to these ripoff reports as well. Just visit YouTube.com and search for TMS The Membership Script. Stay far far away from, and don't do business with, Amir Cann from Montreal Canada. Don't buy his products, as they are probably CodeCanyon.com member products, and Amir Cann has an account, and buys these scripts, and resells them as his own, probably without the true authors knowing he is doing this.
