Amir Toledano dishonest, do not pay, fraud Montreal, Quebec Canada

Amir Toledano, claiming he his the owner of Fuego Steakhouse in Cote-des-neiges, is the most dishonest and unprofessional person I had to work with.

-He does not pay the girls (currently battling against him at the Normes Du Travail) He was supposed to pay me 3 weeks ago, said to come pick it up on sunday November 4th, tried to call him that day and he never answered. Finally gave me a sign of life on monday, told me to come pick up the check and the amount was far from being correct. He only paid me for 8 hours of work (I worked 22 hours for him) and did not gave me the right amount of tips from my credit card sales. When I told him that it was the wrong amount and that he was completely wrong, he flipped me off and told me it was correct and to go f*ck myself. Right after my departure, I've sent him a text message and told him to correct it and make me a new check or I would go to the Normes du Travail and said : Come pick it up tomorrow.

I called him the day after, no answer again. He sends me a text message saying that my check would be ready on thursday. It's been now 3 weeks that I'm trying to get my money. I called the normes du travail and they will take actions against him.

- He accused me of stealing because he has no idea of what to do with a business (everybody shares the same cash register, so everybody has access to YOUR sales money (no floats), everybody can take your money if you leave before them... it just makes no sense) & He also accused me of giving away more than 10 drinks to his wife table which was not true at all. He was just trying to get some money for the losses of that night because everything was out of control concerning the bar service. When I asked him proofs of what he was saying, he changed the subject.

-He is not giving you your credit card/debit tips the same day, based on the fact that he just reopen the business and need the cash to flow (will give it to you on your pay, but will give you the wrong amount if you do not keep track of your tips, which he did to another waitress and me - totally dishonest)

- Has no idea on how to run a business restaurant ; which makes everything very annoying when there is a problem ( Ex; Clients were complaining on the food and tells me to tell them that they can go f*ck themselves and do nothing about the complaints)

-He gave me sh*t/yelled at me for no reason in front of clients

-He asked one of the waitress if she liked watching porn and asked her what kind she likes and that maybe, they could watch some together. I was close enough to hear him say that to her.
