AMK'PTH Passport To Health Healthcare Cleveland Ohio

My mother of 80 years recently moved by me due to macular degeneration. We were reviewing her credit card statement and noticed the transaction of 29.99, as I questioned it to my mom she said I noticed it, but forgot to call.

When I called PTH (Passport to Health) I was told my mother purchased in 2005 something we did not know which enrolled her into the plan that had to be cancelled within 30 days. It was forgotten about. Cancel What! My mother has been taken for 29.99 for 2 years and 3 months totaling $810.00.

The representative was nice and accommodating, put me on hold, came back paying some of the money, but I wanted to speak to someone about getting all back, she put me on hold again, came back with yes they would credit her card the full amount. GREAT we were relieved and this nightmare was over.

Then when I went on the website to find out more on this company I saw the Rip-Off Report website then all the warning signs hit me. Im worried about having to tell her what Ive learned. My mom is from the old school, trustworthy, and pays her bills as soon as she receives. Its a sham that companies like this take advantage of our seniors.

I plan to file a dispute form with the credit card for fraudulent. I will report back with the end results.
