amm industries clinton waler and dennis willis withheld raise ,used racial comments used scare tacits

I begin working for abm in nov 2016 and was working as an school custodain in mid dec when the night lead quit without notice. i started working both my area and night leads duties as well with the help of another co worker. for three months i did both areas seen to the other workers give out supplies and set the security alarm code upon leaving before another person was hired .

i was paid 9.00 an hour and keep asking for the one dollar raise only to be told i was not night lead but acting night lead but as two different schools while working extra hours to help cover lunch room duties was introduced to school personnel as an night lead by area manager. After three different times being refused 1.00 raise and how management treated employees i decided to seek employment else where.

On aug 2 of 2018 i filed complaint with ethics and was called by investigator week before labor day holiday on september 6th and 7th called to talk to him only to get his voice mail. For 8 months i did night lead duties and was paid only 9.00 per hour. Management came in looking for things not right, used scare tactics and treats of tremination and racial dividing . Just as i expected my complaint and request for the back pay was swept under the rug and calling the ethics hotline was just a waste of my time
